IAN WATSON MIASMS REVISITED

An introduction to the key concept of Sensation/Mapping approaches as applied in practice
Helen Dalton & Grazia Gratti

A rich, interactive day to enhance your understanding of the MAP system developed by the Joshis, and your confidence in applying it.

Some awareness of the Sensation Method - perhaps as acquired through lectures, webinars or books - and some familiarity with Kingdom analysis and with the Periodic Table as a template for the understanding of mineral remedies form a useful background to this seminar.

Building on this, the day will offer you opportunities to begin to recognise how these concepts express in patients’ language.

Together we will practice analysing a case systematically, by applying tools including:

• Kingdoms analysis: Mineral (Periodic Table), Animal and Plant
• the Levels of Human Development
• the Levels of Experience
• the "new" miasms

Taught by Helen Dalton and Grazia Gatti - who also run the Evolving Sensation: Bridging the Map and the Patient courses with Ilana Dannheisser - the day includes a variety of activities and exercises to bring the material to life and facilitate active learning.
